Modelling RRLs using MESA-RSP
Címlapos tartalom
The project involves computing stellar pulsation models of RR Lyraes using the state-of-the-art 1D non-linear radial pulsation tool of MESA (Paxton et al. 2019). The aim is to test the effect of convection parameters on the theoretical multi-wavelength period-luminosity relations of RR Lyraes. We estimate ~4000 RRL models per convection set, ushering in an era of large number statistics in the field of stellar modelling. This project is a part of the Élvonal grant (www.konkoly.hu/seismolab/)
