Geographies of Creation, Learning and Use in Software

Címlapos tartalom

Software is a critical ingredient of many products and industries. It is thus essential to better understand the processes by which software components are created, used, and combined by developers to create valuable outputs. Semi-structured data from sources like GitHub and Stack Overflow offer insights into these processes and their geographies at scale. Our aim is to collect, process, and analyze such data and model phenomena of innovation, learning, and diffusion in the software context.
