Evolutionary Genomic Research Group computing

This is the cover project of evolutionary genomic computations done by the research group working at the University of Debrecen. It includes next-generation sequencing bioinformatics and population genomic computations. The basic approach in our research is RAD-seq. We also utilise cutting-edge technology to assemble genomes of non-model organisms (plants and animals) using a hybrid assembly approach that uses long-reads generated in 3rdGS technologies and short-reads of Illumina sequencing.
