Discovery of Novel Antibiotics to Combat Antibiotic Resistance

The goal of this project is to utilize advanced machine learning to predict and identify new antimicrobial peptides that could be effective against complex multispecies biofilms. Employing techniques like graph neural networks, this research taps into vast peptide databases to uncover potential antibiotics that are not only potent but also optimized for safety and efficacy, addressing the critical global health challenge of antimicrobial resistance.
