Data-driven seasonal weather forecast

The world's best ENSO forecasting system currently is a data-driven system based on the XDROM+ model. The presentation paper of the XDROM+ model has been published by the journal 'npj Climate and Atmospheric Science': https://rdcu.be/exnN4 The XDROM+ is going to be the backbone of a seasonal temperature and precipitation forecast system over land areas.
