Analyzing single-cell transcriptomics data

Single-cell RNA sequencing has emerged as a powerful tool in various fields, including oncology. This has led to an increase in publicly available single-cell transcriptomics cancer-related datasets. We would like to utilize the cloud resources, specifically the RStudio environment, to analyze these datasets, as handling them with personal computers is not optimal.
