In today's rapidly developing world, the automotive industry has experienced significant growth, making cars a new target from a cybersecurity perspective. Every automotive company must understand how cars operate to provide customers with a safe product. Modern vehicles rely on Controller Area Network (CAN) systems, where multiple Electronic Control Units (ECUs) exchange critical data. However, these systems lack built-in security mechanisms, making them vulnerable to cyber threats. The lack of open-source tools for analyzing CAN networks in real-world scenarios remains limited, making it harder to develop effective security solutions. This research presents an open-source solution for emulating a virtual CAN network within a vehicle simulator, providing a controlled environment for studying cyber threats and enhancing security measures. The gap between simulation and real-world applications will break, this approach enables researchers and industry professionals to analyze, test, and develop strategies for securing next-generation vehicles.
